We guarantee that payment information that you provide to us on line will be sent using a secure coding system (SSL). In addition, your payment will be made directly to Desjardins.
Declaration of confidentiality
In order to comply with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the privatesector and ensure the confidentiality of the information it has concerning me, Sogedent Assurances has established a file on the financial products and services it provides. Only the employees of Sogedent, the persons I have authorized and those authorized by law are allowed access to my personal record.
Communication of information to third parties
We exchange your personal information with any insurance company, its reinsurers and its suppliers for purposes of the underwriting, administration and acceptance of your insurance application or any claim.
When we share your personal information with others, we do it only when you have authorized us. Also, we ask you to sign one of the forms below with your first insurance application:
